In a nutshell? I'm a 40-something aspiring author, eternal optimist, chronic dork and Imaginary Supermodel. I am college educated (thanks Mom & Dad!), the suprisingly well-adjusted product of a gay dad and equestrian mom, am happily married and live in the tourist-fueled mini-metropolis of Orlando, Florida. I began life as a spoiled princess. Then I progressed, onward and upward, to spoiled co-ed. Upon graduation, I followed a path of employment that took me from radio broadcasting to quality management to bartending to retail and finally executive assistance. Somehow, each position involved me smiling at not so nice people and making coffee. This resulted in my becoming somewhat less spoiled and being able to make a damned fine cup of coffee. It also resulted in my waking up one day and realizing that life is short...and darn it, I should do what I love. You should too, don't you think?

My imagination has been running about waving its arms and shrieking like a rabid monkey for as long as I can remember. So, I figured it was time to let it off the leash, put my degree to work and create a little fictional world of my own. A place filled with a blend of characters comprised of all the quirky, interesting and infuriating personalities that I have met along my path of life. The Imaginary Supermodel part? Well, you'll just have to get to know me to see...but trust me, you want to be one too.

I would be pleased as punch if you took a moment to surf around my site, get a feel for who I am and what I do. Feel free to drop me a note to wish me luck and stuff, tell me you love my inane babble or even to tell me that you think I suck. Trust...I can take it. Plus, I just really like getting mail. I'm a dork that way.

Regards and Many Thanks,

~ Kim
